The target is to introduce in 300 partner stores across Brazil until the end of this year

JBS is announcing to the market its most recent Seara program focused on loyalty programs and quality service for consumers for retail networks across Brazil , Rotisserie Seara. By the end of this year, the target is to introduce in 300 partner stores across the country the initiative that includes a similar structure to traditional points of sale of roasted products, like Frango Seara, and the ground-breaking pre-spiced pork loin presented as Suculentíssimo Seara.

Rotisserie Seara is being launched during the APAS SHOW 2023, from May 15 to 18 in São Paulo, in line with the successful programs that JBS runs in over 4,000 mid-size and large partner establishment throughout the country. With Friboi+ Seu Açougue Nota 10, Açougue Nota 10 Seara Reserva and Empório de Frios, the company is operating strategically by creating long-term partnerships with the aim of closer relationships with end-consumers.

On the one hand, the JBS brands provide partner storeowners with solutions for obtaining their customers’ loyalty, with more information about the quality and variety of the Friboi and Seara beef, pork, poultry and sausage products and providing free training for their teams, product management and commercial strategy support, including signposting points of sale. In its turn, the company stands to gain through closer contact with consumers,  receiving their feedback, and getting  even closer to the demands of the market.

“The retail sector is our strength, combined with the strategy of advancing even further in decommoditizing beef, poultry and pork protein, while expanding and enriching the added-value portfolio. We help our partners to grow in the long term, to set themselves apart and be more efficient based on our intention of providing consumers with a better purchasing experience”, explains Gilberto Xandó, CEO of JBS Brazil .

The first program developed to provide a purchasing experience was Friboi+ Seu Açougue Nota 10 in 2008. The initiative is currently present in over 2,500 establishments across Brazil. The program works with meats selected from the Friboi Reserve line, sold exclusively in the Friboi+ stores, in addition to standard of service, better brand exposure, management support, enhanced profitability for storeowners by indicating suppliers of selected cuts and in-house training at points of sale.

As a result, the program has recorded a reduction of at least 50% in product losses, as well as better margins and customer loyalty. Over 25,000 professionals of partner butchers stores receive constant training from the technical consultants of Friboi+.

Açougue Nota 10 Reserva Seara was created in 2018 to provide end-consumers with added value pork products. Today, there are around 1,200 establishments across the country with the Seara standard in displaying pork with high criteria of quality and innovation in offering a mix of cuts and portions and added products.

More recently, Empório de Frios Seara was born. Created in 2021, its mission is to take  the varied charcutier portfolio of  Seara to a higher level, not only by providing support in product distribution and management, but also providing training to the staff of storeowners like “Mestres em Frios” for in-store customer service. The program, which is now expanding, already has 310 stores and is operating, for now, in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre.
