Seara, present in 90% of Brazilian homes is renowned for quality , flavor, innovation and leadership in a range of categories of the food market, is starting sales of its new breaded product line. The products are now reaching the retail market throughout Brazil in tandem with the APAS SHOW 2023. These ten new breaded products are redefining the category, expanding the brand’s portfolio and serving all consumption occasions. The production is the outcome of an investment of more than R$ 1 billion to install a totally automated plant in Rolândia (PR). 

 “Chicken is the leading protein on the table of Brazilian consumers, com a 98% penetration, and the tastiest way to eat chicken for a large portion of the population is in breaded products.  So, we want to offer the greatest variety of products and new options that very conveniently meet the needs of consumers”, points out Rafael Palmer, Prepared Foods Marketing Officer of Seara. 

The new Seara breaded products line was created to provide consumers with even more flavor, crunchiness and convenience. Made from 100% chicken, the line consists of products with a homemade flavor, like Filezinho Empanado (breaded finely sliced fillets) and Filé à Milanesa (breaded chicken fillets), while also offering the experience of the best restaurants at home, with crunchy, succulent chicken wing drumsticks, crunchy and spicy chicken wing drumsticks, and chicken nibs (traditional and slightly spicy).
