For two years, Leather Labs has been striving to make it easier for companies and professionals to access certified, traceable, and environmentally-friendly leather. In 2023, the brand, with the aim to consolidate itself as the main supplier of this raw material to the fashion industry, is launching a leather line tailored for this specific sector.

To get closer to the fashion market, the platform has invested in innovative finishes and a more attractive color portfolio. The launch includes four types of leather, namely Bristol, for the production of handbags and footwear, Ultrasoft, used for clothing and leather accessories, Croco and Floater,  thicker kinds with a remarkable and significant texture. Besides the variety of colors, one of the highlights of the new types of leather produced by the brand is the metallic finish.

Recently, Leather Labs has made successful partnerships with national fashion names, such as Patrícia Viera, to whom it supplied the material used in the brand’s latest collection, presented at the 54th edition of the São Paulo Fashion Week. Building closer ties to the fashion industry is strategic for Leather Labs since this sector is a major leather consumer.

With the certification and traceability criteria applied to all the material produced by Leather Labs, the brand’s leather is an environmentally-friendly alternative for the industry.

The new line can be purchased on the Leather Labs website beginning January 23.
