The JBS brands Friboi, Seara, Incrível!, Delícia, Doriana and Primor will be at the APAS SHOW 2023, the world’s largest supermarket trade show and the largest food and beverage trade show in the Americas that runs from May 15 to 18 in São Paulo. With the largest stand at the trade show, the intention of the brands is to showcase the trends, retail services and products to the 60,000+ attendees who will visit the four-day event.

Key novelties at the APAS Show 2023:

FRIBOI

Friboi, leader of the beef segment in Brazil, will introduce at the APAS Show 2023 several product launches of the Friboi Reserva, Maturatta Friboi, 1953 Friboi e Bordon brands. In addition, the brand is taking to the trade show the Friboi+ program, Seu Açougue Nota 10, using technological activation to highlight the benefits and differentials of the service for both the retail sector and consumers. 

One of the highlights is Friboi Jerked Beef, meats selected and produced using salting and extended curing to produce an incomparable flavor for preparing typical Brazilian dishes.

The Friboi Reserve, following a facelift, stands out for the selection of quality cuts and versatility at the hands of master butchers of the Friboi+ program whose pillars for retailers are reduced losses, less rupture, optimized presentation, and expanded purchase mic and a more extensive experience. 

Maturatta Friboi, the barbecue expert brand, is taking new barbecue hamburgers made from 100% beef in individual packaging in the ribs, prime cut of top sirloin and bottom sirloin cuts. It was developed especially for grilling and for those looking for new options when preparing barbecues.  1953 Friboi will showcase the brand’s new visual, worthy of note being the packaging inspired in leather. Designed for consumers with demanding tastes, it has a high level of marbling, tenderness and succulence. 

The Bordon prepared product line is rolling out new meals: beef casserole, ribs with cassava, Bolognese meat, shredded meat and chicken mayonnaise, in addition to revamping the brand’s entire product line. 

INCRÍVEL!

Incrível!, the leading brand in plant-based protein in Brazil, is investing in product growth and diversification  and is launching six major products at the APAS SHOW:  breaded fish and chicken filletsprepared meals of Penne Bolognese and Lasagna Bolognese pasta; and Chicken and Cream Cheese and Pepperoni and Mozzarella Cheese pizzas, all 100% plant-based.

Owner of the largest plant-based portfolio on the domestic market, the new Incrível! products will expand consumption options and occasions of those looking to include new sources of protein in their diet, while also strengthening the brand’s commitment to democratizing plant-based protein in Brazil. 

SEARA 

Seara, the brand renowned for the quality, innovation and flavor of its products, will be at the event to showcase its line of individual ready-to-eat dishes “Sabor do Dia a Dia ” (Everyday Flavor) consisting of six options of convenient and tasty dishes: sausage steaks, beef casserole with onions, gammon steaks, chicken stew, rice and calabrese sausage, creamed rice with chicken and corn.  The greatest innovation in the breaded products segment, the Frangos Crocantes (Crunchy Chicken) line produced from 100% chicken breast, full pieces molded in a snack format, and chicken drumsticks, providing consumers with convenience, variety, flavor and consumption occasions.

Other new items are Lombo Suíno Suculentíssimo Seara, (Very Succulent Loin of Pork), using technology to guarantee that the frozen cuts are more tender and succulent as well as the new Frango de Padaria com Farofa (Bread Shop Chicken and Cassava) and Frango de Padaria Petisco (Bread Shop  Chicken Snacks). 

In addition, Seara is enhancing its partnerships in the retail sector and is introducing a new range of services. Rotisseria Seara will supplement the brand’s solutions for the retail sector, which already included Açougue Nota 10 Seara Reserva and the Empório de Frios Seara. Every initiative promotes training for retail teams, results management and point-of-sale professionals that optimize the retailer’s experience with the end-consumer.

Doriana, the first brand to offer the market margarine in tablet form, is going back to its roots to re-launch Tabletes Culinários Doriana, (Culinary Tablets) with the same creaminess and original flavor of the margarine, but with the correct consistency for preparing pastries and snacks. 

Delícia, the only margarine in Brazil with double cream, is inaugurating a new category and will present at APAS the margarine Delícia Toque de Chef, (Chef’s Touch) designed for different consumption occasions – for both spreading on bread and cooking, and for grilling and putting the finishing touches to dishes. Three versions will be presented: Delícia Toque de Chef with pieces of garlic and onions, Delícia Toque de Chef with pieces of aromatic herbs and Delícia Toque de Chef with pieces of Calabrese pepper. The brand is taking advantage of the trade show to launch Delícia Tablete Culinário com Creme de Leite (Culinary Tablets with Double Cream). 

The undisputed leader in the Northeastern region, Margarine Primor is introducing at APAS the  São João commemorative packaging. With a visual identity containing typical elements of the festival, the theme packaging honors the pride of being a “nordestino” (Northeast born and bred).
