JBS creates 160 openings for new graduates across Brazil

JBS has created 160 openings for recently graduated professionals in courses in management, engineering, veterinary medicine and animal husbandry to join the Talent Program at the production units of Seara in Brazil, in the production, livestock farming, maintenance and quality areas.
Candidates need to have graduated between December 2016 and December 2020. The year-long program will give these professionals technical and people management training. Those chosen will join as analysts, with the possibility of being taken on full time at the end of the program in leadership positions, depending on their individual performance and the openings available.
The openings have been allocated among 38 cities in the Federal District (9) and in nine states: Bahia (5), Mato Grosso (4), Mato Grosso do Sul (22), Minas Gerais (4), Paraná (31), Rio de Janeiro (2), Rio Grande do Sul (25), Santa Catarina (34) and São Paulo (24).
The executive officer for People and Management at Seara, Fernando Meller, explains that the aim of the program is to create leaders who identify with the company’s culture to work at units all over Brazil. “JBS is a global company and the largest employer in the country, thus growth opportunities are immense and through the program we want to develop future leaders so that they can grow and help our company to grow”.
