JBS reaffirms its global leadership in the food sector by being recognized, for the fourth consecutive year, with the prestigious recognition from Institutional Investor as the best company in the food and beverage segment.

This year, the magazine named JBS executives Gilberto Tomazoni and Guilherme Cavalcanti as the Best CEO and CFO, respectively, in the Latin American food and beverage sector in 2025. In addition, the company was awarded Best Investor Relations Team, Best IR Program, and the title of Best IR Professional for Christiane Assis, JBS Investor Relations Director.

In the overall food and beverage category, JBS once again ranked first and was named “Most Honored,” a distinction that covers all sectors analyzed by the magazine in a survey that gathers input from more than 1,000 professionals from global financial institutions.

“It is a great honor, as a representative of JBS’s 280,000 employees around the world, to receive the highest distinction from Institutional Investor for the fourth consecutive year. I share this recognition with each of them,” says Gilberto Tomazoni, JBS Global CEO. He adds that this result comes after a strategic milestone for JBS, marked by the start of trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in June this year. “This award reinforces JBS’s commitment to excellence in governance and creating value for our investors,” he concludes.

According to Guilherme Cavalcanti, JBS Global CFO, the result strengthens the consistency of JBS’s relationship with the capital markets. “It is an important recognition of the success of JBS’s strategy to deliver value and growth to its investors,” he adds.
